Foster
When you foster a Bulldog, you agree to take a homeless Bullie into your home and give him or her love, care and attention, either for a predetermined period of time or until the dog is adopted. You provide a safe place for them to stay sometimes recuperate after surgery or illness until they are healthy and ready to move on to their forever home.
Sometimes a Bullie might need to learn how to live in a home or family environment to develop the social skills needed before being adopted.
By taking in a foster temporarily into your home you are:
- Helping us to be able to rescue another Bulldog in need
- Giving your foster Bullie the time he needs to heal before being ready for adoption
- Helping us learn the most about a Bullie so they are adopted to the best possible home
- Socializing and teaching the Bullie to learn to trust and feel the love he or she deserves
Fostering is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have.
